On Tuesday, we hosted a webinar all about quality in Erasmus+, inspired by a recent youth worker exchange in Slovenia, hosted by Cirkus La Bulle and crafted by trainers from Circos Fera and RadiVidiPats. It was attended by our events manager Juliana Rouhana, and participants Wasiq Pervez, Reem Atia, and Eman Hassan.

Our webinar was a basic idea exchange, discussing all things Erasmus+, sharing our real experiences, and making Erasmus+ feel more approachable for youth workers and organizations.

We kicked things off with a quick overview of what Erasmus+ actually is, followed by a look at:

  • KA152 – Youth Exchanges

  • KA153 – Youth Workers Mobility

  • KA154 – Youth Participation Activities

  • European Solidarity Corps (ESC)

From there, we focused on what quality looks like in practice. We talked about how to design better projects by:

  • making them more inclusive and accessible

  • thinking about sustainability beyond just the funding period

  • creating real impact for participants, organizations, and local communities

Throughout the webinar, we shared examples and lessons from the youth worker exchange, showing how small choices can make a big difference in project quality.

Thanks to everyone who joined and shared their questions and ideas.
