We are proud to share the story and impact of our Erasmus+ small-scale VET partnership project TB-GOBRA - Team Building for Green Organisational Behaviour in Rural Areas, funded under the 2023 KA210-VET call by the European Commission.
Despite the competitive evaluation environment, this project concluded with an outstanding 99 % score, a testament to its strong design, meaningful activities, and real local and European impact.
What was TB-GOBRA about?
At its core, TB-GOBRA aimed to strengthen vocational education and training (VET) in participating partner regions by:
Promoting green organizational behavior, sustainability, and environmental awareness in workplaces and training environments.
Developing teaching methodologies and capacity building tools tailored to rural organizations and VET systems.
Fostering cooperation among VET providers and stakeholders to share and co-create best practices for green skills and team building.
A central output of the project is the TB-GOBRA Handbook and Manual, created to support educators, managers, and trainers in applying green organizational behavior frameworks in their work.
Good Practices and Key Strengths

Here’s what made TB-GOBRA a model of quality and relevance in Erasmus+ VET
cooperation:
Clear relevance to European priorities
The project aligned with Erasmus+ goals of promoting sustainable skills, green competencies, and employability through practical vocational training. Its focus on environmental culture and organizational behavior mirrored broader EU Green Deal objectives.
Innovative and transferable outputs
The TB-GOBRA methodology and training materials deliver concrete, practice-oriented content for educators and VET stakeholders, making sustainability a core part of vocational learning. These materials are designed to be adapted and used by other organizations across Europe.
Strong partnership and cooperation
The project built cross-border collaboration between partner organizations in Germany, Finland, and Italy, each bringing their own expertise in sustainability, pedagogy, and rural development. Partners worked together throughout implementation and dissemination, enhancing mutual learning and shared ownership of results.
Practice-based learning and impact
TB-GOBRA focused on practical team building workshops and organizational analysis, enabling participants to apply what they learned directly in their training and workplace environments.
Exceptional Evaluation: 99 % Score

TB-GOBRA was evaluated by national agency and EU assessors with a remarkable 99 % score — an achievement that reflects excellence in:
Project relevance
Quality of design and implementation
Partnership cooperation
Expected impact and dissemination
This score underscores not only how well the project was planned and executed, but also how strongly it delivered on its objectives and European added value.
Looking Ahead

The learning, tools, and good practices generated by TB-GOBRA are now being made available beyond the direct partnership, and are available on the website.
This ensures that green organizational competency and VET excellence are shared widely among VET providers, SMEs, and rural stakeholders throughout Europe.
