BikeAgritourism is a collaboration project funded by the Erasmus+ National agency Bibb in Germany, focusing on building a sustainable focus for bike tourism.
As part of this project, we are planning a bike trip starting from the start of Popplesdorfer Allee, just after the underpass from Bonn Hbf on September 14, 2025 at 10:00 AM for a day of adventure and exploration of the Kottenforst and apple orchards of Meckenheim (apple picking included!) We'll be cycling through the picturesque countryside, discovering hidden gems and experiencing the charm of rural Bonn.
(Alternatively, it is possible to meet us directly in Meckenheim and just do a round of the local orchards).
This is a moderate activity with some uphilling, and a total of 2 hours of biking. Feel free to also join using e-scooter or e-bike as desired!
